Officers and Board Members

“Windsor Fish and Game is governed by a set of officers and Board members who are elected by the membership for a term of [2] years” Elections are held in November.

Monthly Meetings are held on the first Monday of the Month weather and event exceptions as they occur.

The Managing roles are:

  • President
  • Board Member
  • Membership Director

Membership Fee Structure

  • Regular Member dues are $75.00 annually. New Members who meet their workday obligations during their first year of membership will receive a $10.00 Credit for each workday they participate in *
  • Associate Member dues are $25.00 annually*
  • Junior Member dues are free*
  • Retired Life Members $25.00 annually*[1]

Membership Categories

Windsor Fish and Game Offers several levels of membership – They are:

  • Regular Members,
  • Associate Members (for spouses of regular members) and
  • Junior Members (for the children of members).
  • Retired or Life Members

Member Ship Application and Obligation:

  • New membership applications for the upcoming season must be submitted on either the Apr 12, or May 17. 2025 club workdays.
  • Workday Schedule for 2025 is, April 12 – New Member Sign in. May 17, New Member Sign in. Other scheduled workdays are June 14, July12 and August16 2025.
  • Additional information can be found on the club calendar and forum.
  • Workdays Start at 8:30 AM and normally end around 2:00 PM. New Member Applications may be submitted at the end of any of the specified workdays.
  • There is a one-time application fee of $75.00 in addition to the relevant membership fee due at time of application.
  • Regular member renewals open on February 1 must be delivered and received by the club on or before March 31.
  • All mailed renewals must have a stamped, self-addressed envelope. included with the application.
  • Access Gate combination will change on the following April 15th.
  • Any individual applying for new membership must undergo a probationary period of 2 years.
  • All new member applicants must attend a minimum of 2 workdays. and are expected to spend a minimum of 5 hours at each event.
  • Members attending workdays must get their attendance recorded at the event, in order to receive credit for their participation.
  • In order for a member to qualify for “Retired” or “Life Member status” the member must be of retirement age and have completed ten years of membership in good standing. Existing Members who are already considered “retired” or “life members” are exempt from this change so long as they remain in good standing.

Special Programs:

  • The Club holds a number of special programs during the year. Currently we have 2 Programs scheduled:
  • Kids Safety Shoot June 21, 2025
  • Kids Safety Shoot July 19, 2025

Our expectation is that if you want to join our club you will participate in the club’s activities and events. New members attending their mandatory work-day assignments will receive a $10.00 Credit against future dues for each workday attended. Max allowable credit is $20.00
