“Windsor Fish and Game is governed by a set of officers and Board members who are elected by the membership for a term of [2] years” Elections are held in November

Membership Fee Structure
- Regular Member dues are $75.00 annually effective the 2024 season.
New Members who meet their workday obligations during their first year of membership will recieve a $10.00 Credit for each workday they participate in * - Associate Member dues are $25.00 annually*
- Junior Member dues are free*
- Retired or Life Members $25.00 annually*[1]

Membership Categories
Windsor Fish and Game Offers several levels of membership – They are:
- Regular Members,
- Associate Members (for spouses of regular members) and
- Junior Members (for the children of members).
- Retired or Life Members
Member Ship Application and Qualifications:
- New membership applications for the 2025 season can be submitted in Apr, May and June at club workdays. Refer to the calendar section for specific dates. Additional work dates are scheduled for July, Aug. and Sept. Club workdays Start at 8:30 AM and ending at 2:00 PM. Applications may be submitted at the end of any of the specified workdays. There is a one-time application fee of $75.00 in addition to the relevant membership fee due at time of application.
- Regular member renewals open on February 1 must be delivered and received by the club on or before March 31. All mailed renewals must have a stamped, self-addressed envelope. included with the application. Access Gate combination will change on the following April 15th.
- Any individual applying for new membership must undergo a probationary period of 2 years.
- All new member applicants must attend a minimum of 2 workdays. Workdays are from 8AM to 2PM. New members are expected to spend a minimum of 5 hours at each event. Members attending workdays must get their attendance recorded at the event, in order to receive credit for their participation.
- As of April 2022, the Club determined that for a member to qualify for “Retired” or “Life Member status” the member must have completed ten years of membership in good standing. Existing Members who are already considered “retired” or “life members” are exempt from this change so long as they remain in good standing.
